Location of this gem is perfect. Right off of via Dante without the foot traffic and noise. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, breakfast was superb and staff were awesome.

We felt so welcome at Palazzo Segreti! From the happy hour to the complimentary breakfast and warm staff, we felt very much at home here. Comfortable and very well-located, right off of the main pedestrian area. Close to all main attractions and easy access to public transit.

We booked a Junior suite and found it in a depressing dark blue color and the bathroom had no privacy as their were glass doors separating it from the bedroom, especially in front of the shower. Also, the elevator is quite small. Fortunately the staff found us a better room for the remainder of our stay which was nice but ******* would not credit the lesser amount to our bill. Also there is a homeless man that sleeps outside the hotel in the morning. Also the elevator is quite small.

The staff were excellent—friendly and extremely helpful. The lounge adjacent to the lobby was very comfortable, great for breakfast and lunch. The location is perfect for access to the duomo, shopping, Sforza Castle, transportation, Brera neighborhood, etc.

Great location. Very good service. Hotel is lying on top of the Metro so some rumbling if you’re staying at first floor. Great breakfast.

Freundliches Personal, Welcome Apero, Evening Reception mit feinen Aperoh?ppchen, nettes Zimmer, kleines charmantes Hotel in einer attraktiven Gegend. Nahe zu den Brera Restaurants. Wir würden wieder hier buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
